Booking, payment and rescheduling
- A non-refundable $150 deposit reserves the session and is applied to the package. The balance is due 48 hours before the session.
- Reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice; the deposit transfers to one rescheduled session within 30 days. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Weather rescheduling has no fee.
- Usual turnaround: 2 weeks. Rush delivery within 48 hours: $100.
- There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book. A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. In Deluxe the second location must be within 5 driving miles of the first, and travel between them counts inside the session time.
- Venue permits, admission fees and extra travel are not included. Printed announcements include one approved design.
Questions about graduation package prices
Can we add more photos after the session?
Yes. 5 more edited photos are $70, 10 are $105 and 25 are $190, chosen from your online gallery.
Can we order more announcements?
No. The 25 printed announcements come only with Deluxe, as a package incentive with one approved design; we don't sell announcements as an add-on.
Is there a package for two graduates?
Each package is for one graduate. For siblings or friends graduating together, ask for a group quote.
Do you photograph in Spanish and English?
Yes. The session and your contract are in the language you choose.
