What your wedding film contains, from the first hour to the send-off
The full edited wedding film plays your day in order: getting ready, the ceremony with your vows and the readings in full sound, the portraits, the entrance, the toasts, the first dances and the send-off. It runs as long as your day needs, and it is delivered on USB and in an online video gallery. Classic adds a 1-minute highlight, and Signature adds both the 1-minute and the 5-minute highlights. Two cameras at your ceremony, every time
Every ceremony is filmed with two cameras: one on the two of you and one on the guests and the officiant. The second camera gives the editor a second angle for the vows and the rings, and it keeps the ceremony safe if one camera fails. The rule comes from an event where one camera's recording was lost.
Video-only packages: Essential, Classic and Signature
Each package covers one videographer for 4, 6 or 8 continuous hours with the full edited film. Longer days are quoted individually; the photo and video packages run 8 to 12 hours.

Scottsdale ceremonies and receptions on film
Outdoor Scottsdale ceremonies give the film mountain and desert backgrounds, but they also bring wind and hard sun on faces, and ballrooms go dark the moment the DJ dims the lights. Tell us the venue when you check your date and we plan where the two cameras go for the ceremony and for the dances, so your vows and the toasts are heard and your faces are lit in the finished film.
Questions couples ask a Scottsdale wedding videographer
Do we get the raw footage?
No. The packages deliver the edited film and the highlights. A USB with the original unedited video is available as an add-on for $599, subject to delivery conditions.
Can family watch the film online?
Every package includes an online video gallery with a private link. The Complete and Deluxe photo and video packages add the online streaming experience, built for family in another state or country.
How long until we receive the film?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks after your photo selection when you book photo and video; video-only films follow a similar pace after the wedding. The contract sets the final terms.
Can we add a second videographer?
Yes, for $600 for the first 4 hours and $150 per hour after that, booked by the final payment date, one month before the wedding.
