Scottsdale Wedding Photography and Video From One Team on One Timeline

Photo and video for your Scottsdale wedding, planned on one timeline

IAZ Photo Studio covers Scottsdale weddings with one photographer and one videographer who work for the same studio, so your ceremony, portraits and reception are photographed and filmed from a shared plan. The three packages run from 8 to 12 hours and from $2,150 to $4,995, and every one includes the full edited wedding film, the pre-wedding photo session and a framed 20×30 print.

What a Scottsdale couple gets from IAZ Photo Studio

In short

  • One photographer and one videographer, 8 to 12 continuous hours, 2 to 4 locations.
  • The full edited wedding film on USB, plus 5-minute and 1-minute highlights in Complete and Deluxe.
  • Every edited photo in the online gallery, on USB, and in a 12×12 album in Complete and Deluxe.
  • A 1-hour pre-wedding session, which doubles as your engagement session.
  • Two video cameras at the ceremony and backups in three places before the edit.

Why one studio for photo and video changes your wedding day

Two vendors from two companies meet for the first time at your ceremony and negotiate the aisle. One studio plans the aisle before the day. Our photographer and videographer agree on where each stands for the processional, the vows and the first kiss, so the film never shows a photographer's back and the photos never show a tripod.

They also share your timeline. If the hair and makeup run late, both adjust together; if the sun sets earlier than planned at a Scottsdale venue in December, both move the portraits up. And you get one point of contact, one contract and one $500 deposit instead of two.

What we cover in a Scottsdale wedding, hour by hour

Part of the day Photography Video
Getting ready Details, dress, rings, the family around you Natural sound of the room, the first look at yourself
Ceremony Processional, vows, rings, kiss, recessional Two cameras: one on the couple, one on the guests and the officiant
Couple and family portraits Formal groups, then the two of you at golden hour Short moving portraits for the highlight film
Reception Entrance, toasts, first dances, cake, open floor Toasts and dances in full sound, from two angles
Send-off Sparklers, petals or the last dance The closing shot of the full film

Coverage is continuous from the first hour we arrive, and it ends by 10 pm; overtime is $150 per hour.

Scottsdale venues and how we work in them

Scottsdale weddings happen in resort lawns with mountain views, in Old Town courtyards and rooftops, in golf-club ballrooms and in desert parks. Each changes how we shoot: bright midday sun at an outdoor ceremony calls for shade and fill, a dark ballroom needs off-camera light for the dances, and a rooftop at sunset gives you ten minutes of the best light of the day. Our Scottsdale venues guide walks through the venue types and what each means for your photos and film.

We have covered weddings at ranches, parks, churches and reception halls across Phoenix, Avondale, Glendale and Williams. The wedding portfolio shows them with their true cities.

Questions Scottsdale couples ask about wedding photo and video

How far ahead should we book a Scottsdale wedding date?

As soon as you have the date and the venue. Saturdays in the cooler months go first in Scottsdale. A $500 deposit holds the date, and the balance is paid in installments.

Do you charge travel to Scottsdale?

No. Scottsdale is inside our no-travel-fee area: 50 driving miles from Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that area, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date.

Can we see a full wedding film before we book?

Yes. Ask for a full film and a full gallery from a wedding like yours when you check your date, and we send private links.

What if we want more hours or a second photographer?

Add an hour for $150, a second photographer for $500 for the first 4 hours, or a second videographer for $600 for the first 4 hours. Extra crew must be booked by the final payment date, one month before the wedding.

Do you cover weddings in Spanish and English?

Yes. The team works in both languages on the day, and your contract comes in the language you choose.
